Our Bubble Hash bags carry a Lifespan Warranty against manufacturing defects and/or poor workmanship. Although each Bag is stress-tested during production and as much as we strive towards perfection, accidents do happen. All our Bubble Hash Bags carry a Fair Usage Lifespan Warranty for at least 100 uses provided they are used properly as per care instructions.

Returns Policy

• New products may be returned to Hash It All for a full refund provided they are unused and sent back within 10 working days.
• The customer is responsible for all courier costs including return delivery.
• Used or damaged items may not be returned for a refund.
• Refunds will only be issued once the items have been returned and checked

Lifespan Warranty Policy

• The Lifespan warranty only applies to products found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, not from misuse or abuse.
• The customer is responsible for all courier costs after 6 months from purchase date.
• If we find the product defective we will either repair or replace it.
• All defective products are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Don’t worry… most problems can be fixed. If your bags have been damaged during an unfortunate event there’s a good chance we can repair them.
